› How do I apply for an apartment?

Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.

› What is an individual lease?

An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at IDENTITY Eugene, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent, and nobody else’s. The rent you pay pertains to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!

› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?

At IDENTITY Eugene, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.

› What is a guarantor?

Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to IDENTITY residents.

› Do apartments come furnished?

Yes! Apartments are fully furnished from the day you move in. Living rooms comes complete with a sofa, coffee table, mounted SMART TV, and media stand. Kitchens are decked out with barstool seating, quartz countertops, a large-basin sink with a faucet sprayer and garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances including oven with full stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bedrooms each come with a bed with a full-size memory-foam mattress, under-bed storage, desk, chair, and standard closet shelving. Bathrooms have glass shower doors, quartz surface vanities, and shower wall panels. Your apartment home also features wood-style flooring, track lighting, in-home stackable washer & dryer and USB power outlets. Our custom-designed furnishings are tailored to the floor plan you choose.

› What floor plans are available?

IDENTITY Eugene offers a variety of floor plans whether you’re looking for a solo space or room for you and your crew. Check out the floor plans we offer below:

› Is parking available?

Of course. We have secured, covered parking for the exclusive use of our IDENTITY Eugene residents. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to call to inquire about a parking spot today. Got a bike? Identity offers indoor bike storage to accommodate your two-wheel transport.

› Is there security on-site?

The safety of our residents is our first priority at IDENTITY. We have round-the-clock HD camera surveillance, Salto Electronic Unit Key Fob, and a virtual doorman courtesy of Butterfly MX to help keep the community secure.

› Are pets allowed?

You bet! IDENTITY Eugene welcomes you and your furry friends alike. Contact our leasing office for pet policy details.

› Where does my mail go?

Each unit at our apartments in Eugene has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building located near the resident lounge and leasing office. All mail for the entire unit will be delivered there. If a package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office.

› How do I pay my rent?

We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Paying rent is done completely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.

› How do I make a maintenance request?

The Resident Portal is where you can also go to submit maintenance requests. You can see a log of the maintenance requests you’ve submitted and the status of each. You can navigate to the maintenance tab in the portal, or you can simply press the “Submit Maintenance Request” button on the homepage of the dashboard.

› Who can access the amenities?

The amenities at our apartments in Eugene are available exclusively to residents and their guests – it’s one of the amazing perks of living IDENTITY.

› What utilities are included with rent?

When you pay rent at Identity, you’re getting more than just an apartment. You’re getting access to a wealth of amenities unlike anything else in Eugene, Oregon. You’re getting complimentary utilities like trash service and blazing-fast WiFi. But most of all, you’re joining a community of explorers and adventurers.
